What do I wear?

• The simple answer is that people will take everything off or just leave their underwear on. If I am not working on an area of your body, it will be draped, so that you are comfortable and secure.

What do I need to do before the first appointment?

• Fill out an intake form ahead of time, so that I can review it, and let me know if there are specific areas of focus for the appointment.

How old do you have to be to get a massage?

• No age minimum, however anyone under the age of 18 needs to have their parent or guardian in the room for the entire appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

• 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives others the opportunity to schedule appointments and ensures that I am available for all clients. If a client doesn't provide 24 hours notice or doesn't show up, they may be charged the full price of the appointment.
